Getting started
Who you deal with and how a project begins.
Me. You deal with me directly, and I manage a team of senior experts across design, development and marketing, so you have one point of contact and one person accountable for the result.
Open the contact page, fill in a short brief (what you need, budget and timeline) and send it by email or WhatsApp. You'll get next steps and a scoped plan.
Tell me about your business and what you want to achieve, look at the work along the way and tell me what you think. I handle the rest, and I explain what I'm doing in plain words.
No. I handle the technical decisions and bring you only the ones that matter to your business, in plain language.
Use the stage finder on the services page, or write a short brief and describe your goal in your own words. If you want a clear plan before spending, business growth consulting gives you one: what to fix, what to build and what to market first.
Yes. Pick the one that fits, or combine several. Everything is scoped to clear milestones, so you can start with one step and add the next when you are ready.
Services
What I build and run, and with what.
Websites and web apps (Next.js, WordPress, Laravel, MERN) including e-commerce, Flutter mobile apps, custom software, ERP and POS, plus SEO, digital and social media marketing, graphic design, video, and AI and automation. I can also work inside your existing stack.
Yes. I help businesses plan how to grow online, covering what to fix, what to build and what to market first, and my team can then carry the plan out. Start with a short brief on the contact page.
Yes. I can work inside your existing stack. Tell me what you use today and what is not working, and I'll say what to keep, fix or build.
Yes. I build iOS and Android apps from a single Flutter codebase, designed to feel native and published on both stores.
Yes. Search optimisation, useful content and campaigns, reported against enquiries and customers rather than only traffic, plus social media marketing with a clear plan and honest reporting.
Yes. Management systems, ERP and point-of-sale software scoped to clear milestones. For shops in Bangladesh, POS comes through my own product, Halkhata POS.
Yes: chat assistants and workflow automation that save time, plus clear, well-structured content that AI search can read and cite.
Yes. The Work page shows live websites for real businesses in Canada and Singapore, with scrollable previews and phone views, so you can judge for yourself.
Pricing & process
How pricing works, how a project runs and what happens after launch.
Milestones and pricing are agreed up front, with fixed-scope clarity and no open-ended hourly surprises. Tell me what you need and your budget range, and I'll reply with a scoped plan.
Five stages: Discover, Design, Develop, Launch and Support. You approve the design direction before development starts, see progress in weekly sprints, and every project ships with a defined support window.
Projects run in weekly sprints, so you see progress as it happens rather than at the end. I plan every project around daily overlap with your working hours.
Launches are staged, with QA and performance checks first and a rollback plan ready, so a problem does not become a crisis.
Every project ships with a defined support window, with post-launch monitoring, fixes and iteration. You deal with me directly, the same as before.
Time zones
Where my clients are and when I am available.
I'm based in Dhaka (UTC+6) and plan every project around daily overlap with US, UK and EU working hours, so your questions don't wait a day. Clients so far are in Bangladesh, Singapore, Canada, the United States, Australia and Germany.

My companies
Sky Dream IT, Sky Soft Studio, Freelancing Career and Halkhata POS.
Each one covers a different part of the same work: Freelancing Career for teaching, Sky Dream IT for local projects, Sky Soft Studio for international clients and Halkhata POS for POS software. I started as a freelance web designer, taught many students, built a team, and the companies grew from there.
Sky Dream IT for Bangladesh, Sky Soft Studio for international clients, Freelancing Career for learning and Halkhata POS for shops. If you are not sure, write a short brief and I will point you to the right one.
Point-of-sale software for shops in Bangladesh: sales, stock, credit and profit in one app that works offline and prints receipts in Bangla. It is a company that deals only with POS software, and it is in early access.
Learning with me
Courses, mentoring and what to expect.
Yes. Through Freelancing Career I run practical courses in website design and development, WordPress, graphic design, digital marketing and SEO, and I mentor the Digital Marketing and Website Design courses myself.
Seven paths are open at Freelancing Career: web development with AI, WordPress web design, graphic design with AI, digital marketing with AI, SEO, software development and AI. Each path on the Learn page links to its courses.
The two courses I mentor run as live classes, with assignments, online tests and real projects. Each course page shows its own length, format and batches, so check the one you want.
Many syllabi start from the basics. The Full Stack Web Development course, for example, is described as designed for beginners. Check the course page, or ask me which one fits where you are now.
Nobody can promise that, and I do not. Results depend on your effort, your skill and the market. What I teach is the skill, the client side and honest practice. The digital marketing and web design course pages also mention freelancing or intern roles at Sky Dream IT.
On the Freelancing Career website: choose a course, check the syllabus, the instructor and the fee, then apply. If you are not sure which one to choose, ask me first.
Yes. Use the form on the Learn page. It opens WhatsApp or your email app with your message filled in, and I will help you think it through.

Yes, if you build a real skill and use AI to deliver better work. Upwork's 2026 research found that freelancers doing AI work earn more per hour, but simple tasks that a tool can do quickly are getting cheaper. Aim to be the person who understands the business problem and uses AI to solve it, not the person who only pushes a button.
It depends on you, but website design and development, digital marketing, SEO and graphic design are practical starting points because you can build visible proof quickly. Try a small project in two skills, notice which one you enjoy and can finish, then focus on that one.
It varies. Many beginners need a few months to learn a skill well enough, build a small portfolio and win a first small job. Some are faster and some are slower. Be wary of anyone who promises a fixed date or a fixed income.
Yes. Clients care about what you can do and how you work. A portfolio, honest reviews and good communication matter more than a certificate.
You do not need them on day one, but they are quickly becoming part of normal work. Learn your core skill first, then add AI tools to work faster and take on more complex projects.
You can learn from free resources, self-paced courses, institutes, training programmes, mentors and by working alongside a freelancer or agency. Choose people who show verifiable work, teach current tools including AI and are honest about results. I mentor the Digital Marketing and Website Design courses at Freelancing Career, and you can compare it with other options using the checklist above.
There is no official ranking. Different freelancers are best for different skills, budgets and projects. Judge by live work, real reviews, repeat clients, clear communication and honest limits, not by who calls themselves the best.
It is a badge on a platform. On Upwork, Top Rated is for the top 10% of talent with a Job Success Score of at least 90% and a strong record, and Top Rated Plus is for the top 3%. On Fiverr, Top Rated has high requirements for success score, rating, replies, orders and earnings, plus a manual review. Always check the current rules on the platform.
It can be, if you stay open with clients, follow the platform's rules, refine and check everything, and protect confidential data. Never claim AI-made work as fully hand-made when a client asked for non-AI work.
Yes. Freelancing Career offers online courses, so you can learn from any city, as long as you have a reliable internet connection and a regular study routine.
Start with one repetitive task where a mistake is cheap and a person can check the result quickly. Common first choices are answering frequent customer questions from your own content, drafting routine emails, and sorting incoming enquiries. Measure the time or results before and after, and expand only if it works.
It depends on the tool and the plan. Free personal accounts often have different data terms from business plans and API access, so read the terms of the exact plan you use. Share only the data that is necessary, keep sensitive data out of casual tools, and follow the data protection laws that apply to you. When in doubt, do not paste it.
In my view, the best early uses of AI remove tasks, not people: the sorting, drafting and copying that fills a working day. Your team's judgement, relationships and responsibility still matter, and decisions that affect people should stay with people. The healthier approach is to use the time saved for work that grows the business, and to involve your team from the start.
It ranges from almost nothing, when you use a ready-made tool for drafting, to a real project when you build an assistant into your own website or software. The costs are tool subscriptions, usage fees, build time, review time and maintenance. Start with a fixed-scope pilot and a spending cap, and judge it by hours saved or enquiries won.
Begin with ready-made tools to learn what works. Move to no-code automation when the volume justifies it. Build custom only when you need your own branding, tight control over data and cost, or deep integration with your software, such as a customer assistant on your own website.
A chatbot answers questions in a conversation. An automation moves information between your tools by fixed rules, and may use AI for a step such as sorting or summarising. An agent goes further and chooses and performs several steps on its own, such as looking things up and updating records. The more freedom you give it, the more careful you must be with permissions and human approval.
Technical fixes and new pages can show up in Google within days to weeks, but steady growth in enquiries usually takes several months, and longer in competitive markets. Trust and links build gradually. Anyone who gives you an exact date is guessing.
There is no single price. It depends on how competitive your market is, how big your website is and what is included. The basics are free to start with Search Console, analytics and your Business Profile. Budget for content and technical fixes, ask any provider for a clear scope and reporting, and be careful of cheap monthly packages that promise rankings.
Ads buy visibility immediately and stop the moment you stop paying. SEO takes longer but keeps working. Many businesses use both: ads to test which phrases bring enquiries, and SEO to build lasting visibility for the ones that do.
For Google's AI features, Google says the fundamentals are the same: indexed, snippet-eligible, original and trustworthy pages, with no special files or markup. Other assistants run their own systems and do not publish the same rules. A clear, accurate, well-structured website with real proof on it should help you with all of them.
Not at first. Service pages, case studies and a complete Business Profile usually come first. A blog helps when you consistently answer questions your customers really ask. A few excellent articles are worth more than many thin ones.
Yes, for the basics. Set up Search Console, fix your titles, complete your Business Profile, ask for reviews and publish honest, useful content. Bring in a developer or specialist for technical problems, migrations, international sites or very competitive markets.
Yes. Size does not change what customers do: they search, compare and check credibility before they buy. A small business can compete well with a simple, fast, trustworthy site that explains what it does and makes contact easy.
Social profiles are useful for reaching people, but they are not a replacement. You do not control the platform, its rules or its reach, and they are weaker at appearing in search results for what you sell. Treat social media as a way to send people to your website.
For most businesses, it is the home page, because nearly everyone sees it first, followed by the pages for your main services and your contact page. Each of them should make the next step obvious.
It depends mainly on scope and on how quickly content and decisions arrive. A simple site with a few pages can take a few weeks. Sites with custom features such as bookings, payments or integrations usually take longer. Agreeing milestones up front keeps the timeline honest.
There is no single price. The cost depends on the number of pages, the amount of custom design, the features you need, the content, the integrations and the ongoing support. Ask for a fixed scope with clear milestones, and ask what is and is not included.
Each fits a different need. Website builders suit very small, simple sites. WordPress suits content-heavy sites where several people need to edit pages. Custom builds, for example with Next.js or Laravel, suit businesses that need top performance, unusual features or tight integrations. Whatever you choose, ask who will maintain it and how.
